Is this work for you?
You may be here because your nervous system has been on high alert for as long as you can remember. Because the world wasn’t built for your mind, your body, or the way you feel and surviving it has been exhausting.
Maybe you grew up noticing too much, thinking too deeply, or feeling the weight of family, school or a society that didn’t understand you. Perhaps you learned to shrink, numb, or overfunction just to get through. Your thoughts, emotions, or body signals may have been dismissed, labeled “too much,” or even punished.
You might identify or have diagnoses of CPTSD, AuDHD or OCD. You notice patterns others miss. You feel deeply, think intensely, and often find yourself frustrated with a world that demands you fit into boxes that were never meant for you. These qualities aren’t flaws, they’re survival strategies, gifts, and guides to what truly matters.
Your body may carry the weight of what words could never express. Chronic illness, repeated medical procedures, misdiagnosis, dismissal, or outright gaslighting can leave your nervous system on constant alert. Physical symptoms, pain, or exhaustion are often your body speaking, alerting you to dangers you had to navigate silently, and a system that refused to see or believe you.
Anger, grief, or frustration may simmer beneath competence and apparent control. You may appear functional while inwardly exhausted, resentful, or disconnected from yourself — a quiet rebellion against a world and a medical system that often refuses to honor difference.
From a depth-oriented perspective, these patterns are not failures — they are meaningful responses shaped by early relationships, societal pressures, medical trauma, and survival strategies. Your emotions, body signals, recurring relational dynamics, and intuitions are messages from your psyche asking to be seen, heard, and integrated.
This work is for adults ready to reclaim their inner life, heal at a nervous-system level, and go beyond coping skills. For those who are awake, aware, living with chronic illness, navigating medical trauma, frustrated with the system, and ready to be seen, understood, and validated exactly as they are.
𖦹 Grew up in a family, school, or environment that dismissed your emotions, intensity, or difference
𖦹 Notice patterns of overfunctioning, hyper-vigilance, or taking on responsibility that wasn’t yours
𖦹 Live with chronic illness, medical trauma, or have been gaslit or dismissed by the healthcare system
𖦹 Identify as AuDHD, highly sensitive, OCD, or neurodivergent, and want your mind and body understood
𖦹 Identify as queer, LGBTQIA+, or outside societal norms, and feel unseen or misunderstood
𖦹 Are ready for therapy that goes beyond coping strategies or insight — to deep nervous-system-level healing
This may not be the right fit if you are looking for brief, highly structured, skills-focused therapy.
My Approach
I offer depth‑oriented psychotherapy grounded in Brainspotting, nervous‑system‑based work and a relational approach. We don’t just chase symptoms we work with your body, emotions, and unconscious patterns shaped by early relationships, societal pressures, and experiences of being misunderstood or dismissed.
Many of my clients grew up in environments that couldn’t see, hear, or accommodate their intensity. You may have learned to stay alert, overfunction, or silence yourself - often at the cost of your own needs. Therapy becomes a space where you no longer have to perform, manage, or shrink yourself to survive.
I work with adults navigating cPTSD, AuDHD, OCD, neurodivergence, chronic illness, medical trauma, as well as the queer community. I work with those who notice how the world often fails to understand them. Your experience of frustration, overwhelm, or exhaustion is valid….the problem has never been you.
I welcome spiritual curiosity, intuition, and meaning‑making as part of the healing process. This work is grounded, embodied, and deeply attuned - always centered on your lived experience, your body, and your nervous system.
This approach is for those who want:
𖦹 Depth over surface-level coping skills
𖦹 Nervous-system based healing, not just insight
𖦹 Safety and trust in exploring difficult emotions
𖦹 Space to process mother wounds or family-of-origin trauma, medical trauma, chronic illness or birth trauma

What is Brainspotting?
Brainspotting is a powerful brain-based therapy that helps access and process trauma stored in the nervous system. By working with eye position and felt sense, Brainspotting allows experiences that are difficult to talk about to be processed gently and effectively.
This approach is especially supportive for highly sensitive people, complex trauma survivors, and clients who feel stuck despite insight or traditional talk therapy.
